Naming Rights Partner
Naming Rights Partner Package includes the following:
- A table for ten with premium drinks package.
- Signage (supplied by sponsor) above your table, suspended from the ceiling. This is particularly useful to attract interested people to your table to discuss your company’s product/service
- Our MC will introduce your company at the beginning of the event. You will then have the opportunity to address the audience (five minutes) from the main stage
- Signage on the main stage
- Signage located around the room, including pull-up style banners (supplied by sponsor)
- Company logo located at the main entrance and media run photo backdrop
- Logo and mention on media releases, advertising and promotion materials, including EDMs
- Dedicated media release announcing your company as the naming right sponsor to all industry-focused news outlets, Including, but not limited to Xbiz, AVN, Ynot, Porn Valley Media, etc.
- Photo opportunity with award winners for your promotional use
- Logo and links at adultawards.com.au
- Sixty-second advertisement (supplied by sponsor) played a minimum of four times on the stage screen
- Logo on all awards trophies
- All awards announced as ‘brought you by…’
- The opportunity to place promotional brochures (supplied by sponsor) on each guest seat
- Show bag sponsorship with insert (supplied by sponsor) which will be given to the 500 (approx.) industry and general public attendees
- Social media support
- Ten tickets to the official after party
- Signage at the official after party entrance, stage and around the room
- Full-page advertisement in the event programme

Gold Sponsor Package
Gold Sponsor Package includes the following:
- Seating for four at the awards function, including dinner and drinks package
- Our MC will introduce your company at the beginning of the event
- Sponsorship of one award category, including presentation of the award trophy and a 30-second advertisement (supplied by sponsor) played on the stage screen before the award announcement
- Signage on the main stage
- Company logo located at the main entrance and media run photo backdrop
- Logo and mention on media releases, advertising and promotion materials, including EDMs
- Media release announcing your company as an associate sponsor to all industry-focused news outlets, Including, but not limited to Xbiz, AVN, Ynot, Porn Valley Media, etc.
