TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Tickets purchased for AAIA Gala Night or After Party are not refundable.
- The Gala Night dinner includes a 3-course meal and drinks package. Please note, if dinner bookings are received later than 3 business days before the Gala Night, the guest may need to have a different meal than other guests, as the food ordering may have already been done. Those with special dietary requirements can provide these details when booking, but if they book later than 3 business days before the Gala Night, it may not be possible to cater to specific dietary needs.
- While winners not attending the event will be recorded as the winner of the relevant category, no physical award will be produced. AAIA can only produce awards for winners we know will be in attendance on the night. (There may be a opportunity to pay to have your award produced and sent out but there is no guarantee that this will be an option).
- We need time to get awards engraved, therefore, if winners leave it too late to book their tickets to the Gala Night they may not be presented with an engraved award, as we will not have been notified of their attendance within enough time to get the award(s) to the engravers. In these cases, we will present the winner with a blank award so they can hold it in photos / videos while they are on stage. After that, we will take the award back for engraving after the event. There may be a fee payable by the winner to get the award(s) posted out once it is engraved.
- Any participant who becomes aware of the winner of any category/s, or suspects they know the winner of any category/s, and shares such information with any person, prior to the winners being announced by the organising committee, may be excluded from the competition and the otherwise successful nominee have any win voided.

- Categories with less than 3 nominees are at the organising committee’s discretion whether they are included as part of the voting process.
- No individual or company may be nominated in more that 6 categories. The onus is on nominees to review which categories they have been nominated in, this is kept updated in a table on the website: adultawards.com.au/nominees-directory. If nominated in more than 6 categories, nominees must notify the Australian Adult Industry Awards™ - A.A.I.A.® at [email protected] of their preferred 6 categories. If we are not informed, we will attempt to contact the nominee to ask them to choose their 6 categories. If we are unable to contact them we will leave a message. If we do not hear back from the nominee within 72 hours we reserve the right to remove excess nominations at our discretion.

The organising Team will remove duplicate nominations before voting starts. This must be done within the nomination period, which is several months before voting opens. If this is not done within the nomination period, the nomination portal will be closed to the public. At this time, the nominee can contact the organising Team request a nomination be added or changed. We do not guarantee that this can be done but we will will do this if we can.
