Award-winning celebrity, rockstar, portrait, glamour and pet photographer from Sweden, now based in Las Vegas. I also use my art to give back to the community and believe that empathy and compassion are extensions of my character.
After growing up near the Arctic tundra in the North of Sweden and experimenting with life in London and Tokyo for some years, I decided to cross the ocean and pursue the American Dream. I landed in the Big Apple with two suitcases and an open mind. Being a creative force, it wasn't long before I worked in television as a camera operator and eventually I was handed an SLR camera and told to "spread my wings and reach for the sky" ... and I did!
Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to work with celebrities like Aerosmith, Prince, Extreme, Hootie & The Blowfish, Marilyn Manson, Kiss, Joan Jett, Vince Neil, Korn and many others. I have also traveled the world and some of the exotic photo locations have included Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Thailand, Dubai, The Caribbean and Monaco.
Playboy and glamour models such as Jenna Jameson, Julie Strain, Janine Lindemulder, Tera Patrick and Aria Giovanni are amongst those that have graciously posed for me. It has been an exquisite whirlwind of excitement, experiences and a colorful palette of personalities, cultures and customs.
When 9/11 happened, I stood frozen in disbelief outside my apartment in the West Village and watched the second plane hit one of the towers. It was so surreal and that day, everything changed. I packed up my studio in NYC and moved to Las Vegas, where I have continued my quest in the world of photography.
I currently live with my precious pitbull mix King Von Nugget and hairless guinea pig Prince Von Krinkle. When I am not on the road, brainstorming on new ideas or volunteering in the community, I can most likely be found at the studio..
