Sydney, Australia: The Australian Adult Industry Awards™ - A.A.I.A.®, now in its 22nd year, is a glamorous black-tie event, complete with a red carpet entrance and a 3-course meal. With the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sydney as the venue, this annual event is the Australian adult industry’s equivalent of the Australian Logie Awards.
It is the only event where the industry comes together in a formal, yet relaxed environment to acknowledge, celebrate and reward the achievements of people across all sectors of the adult entertainment industry, as the industry’s top names come together to watch the diamond-shaped crystal trophies handed out to best entertainers, filmmakers and venue operators in more than 60 categories.
Well-known and long-standing industry stalwart, Maxine Fensom, launched the awards in 2001. Since that time Australian Adult Industry Awards™ have become coveted and well-respected gongs.
