2022 Nominee: Keith Boswell

Over 30 years Keith has held several positions supporting the industry including President of Eros Qld, Secretary of The Adult Retail Assn, Committee member Eros National. Keith was a keynote speaker at the Adult Industry Business Summit, Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary meetings and represented on the NRA Crime Committee.

Opening ‘Be Daring The Adult Shop’ in 1992, with only Keith and wife Tracey staffing, multi-award-winning Be Daring has grown to a staff of 25, operating retail stores, an online and wholesale business (including drop-shipping) from their warehouse in Narangba.

Over 30 years Keith has held several positions supporting and lobbying on behalf of the adult industry including President of Eros Qld, Secretary and President of The Adult Retail Assn, Secretary and Committee member Eros National. He has been a keynote speaker at the inaugural Adult Industry Business Summit, Chamber of Commerce and Rotary meetings as well as representing small business on the NRA Crime Committee.

Keith has lobbied various government members and bureaucrats and organised a 20,000+ signature petition to change X-rated laws in Qld. He was also a member of a small team that prepared a detailed submission to the Qld government to change X-Rated laws and has challenged leaders in local, state and federal governments over various issues. He has supported the Sex Party (now Reason) including manning a polling booth and distributing flyers. Keith has allocated considerable resources to support and benefit the adult industry and looks forward to the challenges of 2022.
